Italian Breakfast Sandwich

  • 4 ciabatta rolls, split horizontally
  • Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup herb cream cheese spread
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 4 large eggs, fried
  • 1/4 pound DI LUSSO┬« Sopressata Salami, fried until slightly crisp


Heat broiler.

Lightly brush rolls with olive oil; broil until toasted and lightly browned. Spread cut sides of rolls evenly with cream cheese spread.

Place 1/4 cup spinach on bottom half of each roll. Top with egg and Sopressata. Cover with top halves of rolls.
