- 4 ciabatta rolls, split horizontally
- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup herb cream cheese spread
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 4 large eggs, fried
- 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Sopressata Salami, fried until slightly crisp
Lightly brush rolls with olive oil; broil until toasted and lightly browned. Spread cut sides of rolls evenly with cream cheese spread.
Place 1/4 cup spinach on bottom half of each roll. Top with egg and Sopressata. Cover with top halves of rolls.
