- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 mango, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1/3 cup orange bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 8 slices cracked wheat bread
- 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Artisan Chipotle Cheddar Cheese, sliced
- 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Golden Brown Turkey Breast, sliced
To make cilantro-lime mayonnaise: Stir together ingredients in small mixing bowl.
To make mango salsa: Stir together ingredients in small mixing bowl.
Spread 1 tablespoon cilantro-lime mayonnaise on each of 4 slices bread. Top with cheese and turkey. Top evenly with mango salsa. Cover with remaining slices of bread.
