Vietnamese Banh Mi Sandwich

  • 1/2 cucumber, julienned
  • 2 radishes, sliced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced in rings
  • 1 bottle House Of Tsang® Bangkok Padang™ Peanut Sauce
  • 4 baguette rolls, sliced horizontally
  • 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Rare Roast Beef, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro and/or mint, chopped


In mixing bowl, toss together cucumber, radishes, carrots and onions. Drizzle with peanut sauce. Place on bottom half of baguettes, top with roast beef and sprinkle with cilantro and mint. Cover with top half of baguettes. Serve with additional peanut sauce.
