Turkey Croissant Sandwich with Lemon Aioli

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 croissants, split in half horizontally
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 2 roma tomatoes, sliced into 12 to 16 slices
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 pound DI LUSSO┬« Golden Brown Turkey Breast, thinly sliced
  • 4 to 6 asparagus spears, blanched and shaved with vegetable peeler


In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest and juice. Spread croissant tops and bottoms with mayonnaise mixture. Layer bottom of each croissant with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, turkey breast and asparagus shavings. Place croissant top on sandwich.
