Thai Basil Wraps

  • 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Oven Roasted Chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced bell pepper
  • 1 bottle House Of Tsang® Bangkok Padang™ Peanut Sauce


Top each tortilla with spinach, basil and cilantro. Add chicken, carrot and bell pepper. Drizzle with peanut sauce. Fold edges of tortillas inward; roll up burrito-style. Cut each wrap in half. Serve with additional peanut sauce for dipping.
