- 1/4 pound soft blue cheese or soft gorgonzola
- 1 package frozen mini phyllo shells (15 baked shells)
- 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Rare Roast Beef, julienned
- Several sprigs fresh thyme
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place blue cheese evenly in tart shells. Top with DI LUSSO® Rare Roast Beef. Place tart shells on ungreased baking sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Top with sprigs of fresh thyme.
