This pull-apart garlic cheese bread is a sure-fire crowd-pleaser, and it couldn’t be easier to make.
- 1 large loaf sourdough bread
- 1 pound DI LUSSO® Mozzarella cheese slices
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1 clove chopped garlic, or more to taste
- Cut slices (vertical and horizontal) in bread
- Stuff cheese slices into bread
- Blend together melted butter, onions and garlic and spoon into the bread slices
- Bake at 350° F until golden and enjoy!
