- 8 slices light sandwich bread
- Olive oil
- Small jar prepared pesto
- 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Smoked Turkey, sliced
- 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Havarti Cheese, sliced
Heat panini sandwich press.
Lightly brush one side of each of 4 slices bread with oil. Turn slices over, spread with pesto sauce. Top with turkey and cheese. Top with remaining bread. Brush outside of bread with oil.
Grill sandwiches on press until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
