- 1 sourdough baguette, sliced horizontally
- 1 (3.5-ounce) jar PELOPONNESE® Sweet Pepper Spread
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Sun-Dried Tomato Turkey, sliced
- 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese, sliced
- Jar olive tapenade
Spread bottom half of bread with sweet pepper spread. Top with 1/2 cup basil, turkey, cheese and remaining 1/2 cup basil.
Spread cut side of remaining half of bread with olive tapenade. Place tapenade-side-down.
