The “Little Italy” Sandwich

  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • Bottled Italian salad dressing
  • 1/8 pound DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese, sliced
  • 1/8 pound DI LUSSO® Virginia Ham, sliced
  • 1/8 pound DI LUSSO® Genoa Salami, sliced
  • 1/8 pound DI LUSSO® Pepperoni, sliced
  • Olive oil


Heat panini grill.

Brush 4 slices bread with salad dressing. Top with cheese, ham, salami and pepperoni. Cover with remaining bread slices. Brush outside of sandwich with small amount of oil. Cook on panini grill until golden brown.
