Supreme Pizza Sliders

  • 12 wheat slider buns
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • ¼ pound DI LUSSO® Pepperoni, sliced at a medium thickness (at the deli counter)
  • ¼ pound DI LUSSO® Smoked Ham, sliced at a medium thickness (at the deli counter)
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 (2.25 ounce) cans of black olives
  • 1 small white onion, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 (5 ounce) container fresh sliced mushrooms, chopped
  • ¼ pound DI LUSSO® Mozzarella cheese, sliced ½ inch thick (at the deli counter) and shredded
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon thyme


Preheat oven to 350° F. Arrange bottom slider buns on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute marinara sauce, pepperoni, ham, peppers, black olives, onion, mushrooms and cheese among buns. Place top buns on sliders.

Mix olive oil, garlic, oregano and thyme. Brush top of buns with olive oil mixture. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sliders are warmed through.
