Stromboli Bread Sticks

  • 12 thin slices DI LUSSO® Hard Salami or Italian Dry Salami
  • 12 thin slices DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese
  • 12 thin slices DI LUSSO® Smoked Ham
  • 11 ounces refrigerated breadsticks or garlic breadsticks
  • 1 egg beaten with 2 teaspoons water
  • 1-2 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning or 1-2 teaspoons coarse salt, if desired
  • 1 cup marinara sauce, heated

Directions

Heat oven to 375°F. Make 12 meat and cheese rolls by placing 1 slice salami and 1 slice cheese on 1 slice smoked ham. Roll tightly together. Place seam side-down. Unroll dough and separate into 12 strips. Twist each breadstick around each meat and cheese roll. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Brush 12 breadsticks with egg wash. Sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning or salt. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce.
