- 4 flatbreads
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Sun-Dried Tomato Turkey, sliced
- 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Deluxe Ham, sliced
- 2 ounces DI LUSSO® Baby Swiss Cheese, sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 small cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 cup baby spinach or arugula
Drizzle each flatbread with 1 tablespoon salad dressing. Layer evenly with turkey, ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, avocado, alfalfa sprouts and spinach. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
Roll flatbreads up tightly. Cut in half diagonally; secure each half with wooden pick.
