Prosciutto Strawberry Grilled Cheese

  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • ¼ pound DI LUSSO® Havarti Herb Cheese, sliced thin (at the deli counter)
  • ¼ pound DI LUSSO® Prosciutto, sliced thin (at the deli counter)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup spinach


Spread butter on one side of each sourdough slice. Evenly distribute cheese, prosciutto, spinach and strawberries on the unbuttered side of 4 sourdough slices. Place the remaining 4 sourdough slices on top of each sandwich, buttered side up.

Heat skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches buttered side down in the skillet. Cook for about 6 minutes, flipping once. Remove from heat. Cut in half and serve.
