- 1/2 pound Prosciutto Ham, sliced
- 4 cups arugula
- 2 fresh peaches, sliced
- 6 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- Bottled vinaigrette salad dressing
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine prosciutto, arugula, peaches and cheese. Add vinaigrette. Sprinkle with pepper to taste. Toss and serve
