  • 1 focaccia, sliced in half horizontally
  • 1 cup prepared pesto, divided
  • 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Oven-Roasted Chicken, sliced
  • 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Colby Jack Cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach


Spread bottom half of focaccia with ½ cup of pesto. Top with chicken, cheese and spinach. Spread top half of focaccia with remaining pesto and press into place. Cut into 12 squares to serve.
