Peaches and Roast Beef Flatbread

  • 2 pre-made flatbreads
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1pound DI LUSSO® Roast Beef
  • 2 cups thinly sliced peeled peaches
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese
  • 1 cup baby arugula leaves
  • Pinch of salt and pepper


Heat oven to 375°F. Brush each premade flatbread with1 tablespoon oil. Bake flatbread for 6 to 7 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Split ingredients and place peaches and red onion evenly on partially baked crusts. Continue to bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven, and top immediately with cheese and arugula. Season with salt and pepper.
