Olive Tapenade

  • 1 cup green olives
  • ½ cup black olives
  • ½ cup kalamata olives
  • 2 roasted red pepper strips
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • ½ tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • ¼ tablespoon black pepper


Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Pulse in 1-second intervals 10-15 times until ingredients are well-combined. Scrape ingredients from the walls of the food processor after every few pulses.

Serve on toasted baguette slices, crackers or pita. It also makes a great relish for sandwiches and a nice accoutrement on charcuterie platters.
