- 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® London Broil Roast Beef
- 1 package DI LUSSO® Roasted Red Peppers
- 1/2 package DI LUSSO® Kalamata Olives
- 10 medium spears Aspargus
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 ounce Amablu cheese
- 1/4 sunflower seeds
- 4 cups Romaine lettuce and Arugula
- Balsamic vinaigrette
Split ingredients into 2. Assemble greens in center of oval plate or platter. Around greens place mushrooms, aspargus (roast or grill before), sunflower seeds, Amablu cheese, DI LUSSO® red peppers and DI LUSSO® Kalamata Olives. Slice DI LUSSO® London Broil Roast Beef into strips and lay across bed of romaine and arugula.
Top with balsamic vinaigrette.
