Juicy Lucy Burger

  • 11/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 4 ounces DI LUSSO® Cheddar or Colby cheese slices
  • 4 hamburger buns


  • Pickles
  • Grilled Onions
  • Cooked Bacon


In large bowl, gently mix ground beef, salt and pepper. Shape beef into 4 (5-inch) patties. Fold cheese slices in half and fold in half again. Press into top of burger and reshape, sealing closed. Grill burgers over medium-high heat 10 minutes on each side or until cheese melts. Serve in hamburger buns, with desired toppings.
