- 1 (7.5 ounce) rosemary focaccia, cut in half lengthwise
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/3 cup apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Havarti Cheese, sliced
- 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Smoked Ham, thinly sliced
Spread bottom side of bottom foccacia with half the butter. Place in large skillet or griddle pan. Do not turn on heat. In small bowl, combine jam and honey. Spread focaccia with apricot honey mixture. Layer with cheese and ham. Place top of focaccia on sandwich, spread with remaining butter. Turn heat to medium high and grill until bottom is golden brown 5 to 6 minutes. Turn with spatula and press down on sandwich. Grill 4 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cut into quarters and serve hot.
