Greek Salad Skewers

  • 24 cocktail skewers
  • ½ head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 ½ pounds DI LUSSO® Cracked Black Pepper Turkey Breast, sliced at a medium thickness (at the deil counter)
  • 1 cucumber, sliced into rounds and then cut in half
  • 24 pitted kalamata olives
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 6 ounces feta cheese crumbles

Vinaigrette Dressing

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Mix ingredients for dressing. Set aside.

Distribute lettuce, turkey, cucumber, olives and cherry tomatoes among skewers. Pour dressing and sprinkle feta crumbles over skewers.
