Cobb Salad Platter

  • 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Sun-Dried Tomato Turkey, sliced
  • 1/8 pound DI LUSSO® Artisan Chipotle Cheddar Cheese, sliced
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce leaves, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 hard-cooked large egg, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 4 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
  • 8 slices red onion
  • Ranch salad dressing or dressing of choice


Arrange turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, egg, bacon, avocado and onion on serving platter. Serve with dressing.
