- 1 flour tortilla
- 2 ounces WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® classic
- 6 ounces DI LUSSO® Applewood Smoked Chicken, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Heat tortillas according to package directions. Spread guacamole down the center of each tortilla, leaving a 2-inch space at the top and bottom. Place chicken and tomatoes over guacamole. Top with a sprinkle of cilantro.
Fold sides in and roll up to seal. Heat panini press. Place wrap in panini press and cook for four minutes, or until lightly browned and crispy.
