Balsamic Brussels Sprouts with Pastrami

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ pound DI LUSSO® Pastrami
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 pounds Brussel sprouts, halved
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 450° F. Sauté chopped onion in butter until caramelized. Cut DI LUSSO® Pastrami into thin strips and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake until crispy, about 3-5 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine caramelized onions, pastrami, balsamic vinegar and halved Brussel sprouts. Spread onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Add salt and pepper, to taste.

Roast in oven for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
