Salad

  • 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, cut in strips
  • 1 bag pre-washed baby salad greens
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries or cherries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/2 cup sliced pears or apples

Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons DI LUSSO™ Dijon mustard

Directions

Salad
Arrange ingredients on plates and top with vinaigrette to taste.

Vinaigrette
Combine all ingredients in jar with tight-fitting lid. Shake to blend.
