Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Di Lusso® Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons shredded Wisconsin Parmesan cheese
  • 4 (4-inch) crusty sourdough rolls, split
  • 4 leaves leaf lettuce
  • 8 slices Wisconsin smoked Gouda cheese
  • 4 ounces DI LUSSO® Roasted Sweet Red Pepper Strips
  • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
  • 8 slices DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Monterey Jack Cheese with Peppers
  • 3/4 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Honey Maple Ham

Procedure:

  1. To make Parmesan-Herb Mayo, in bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; mix well. Refrigerate until chilled.
  2. Spread 1 cup Parmesan-Herb Mayo evenly over cut sides of rolls. Layer bottom halves with 1 leaf lettuce, 2 slices Gouda cheese, 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, 3 ounces ham, 1 ounce roasted peppers and 1 teaspoon basil. Cover with top halves of rolls, mayonnaise-side-down.
