6 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Di Lusso® Dijon Mustard

1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 1/2 tablespoons shredded Wisconsin Parmesan cheese

4 (4-inch) crusty sourdough rolls, split

4 leaves leaf lettuce

8 slices Wisconsin smoked Gouda cheese

4 ounces DI LUSSO® Roasted Sweet Red Pepper Strips

4 teaspoons chopped fresh basil

8 slices DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Monterey Jack Cheese with Peppers

3/4 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Honey Maple Ham
Procedure:

To make Parmesan-Herb Mayo, in bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; mix well. Refrigerate until chilled.

Spread 1 cup Parmesan-Herb Mayo evenly over cut sides of rolls. Layer bottom halves with 1 leaf lettuce, 2 slices Gouda cheese, 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, 3 ounces ham, 1 ounce roasted peppers and 1 teaspoon basil. Cover with top halves of rolls, mayonnaise-side-down.
