Turkey Pasta and Pea Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound rotini, fusilli or macaroni
  • 1 3/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 10 ounces frozen baby sweet peas, thawed and drained
  • 1 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Seasoned Turkey Breast, thinly sliced and cut into strips

Notes:

  • Any variety of DI LUSSO® seasoned turkey breast can be used.

Procedure:

  1. Cook rotini according to package directions until al dente; drain. Transfer to large bowl to cool.
  2. To make dressing, in small bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, mustard, lemon juice and sugar; whisk well to blend. Adjust seasonings.
  3. Pour dressing over pasta; toss to coat well. Add turkey, mushrooms, peas and cheese; toss to coat.
