Ingredients:

  • 8 slices Italian or rustic bread, 4 to 5 days old and crusts removed
  • 3 medium tomatoes, coarsely diced
  • 12 DI LUSSO® Pitted Kalamata Olives, cut into quarters
  • 1 medium red onion, minced
  • 1/3 cup vinaigrette
  • 12 large fresh basil leaves

Procedure:

  1. Tear bread into pieces; soak in bowl of cold water 2 to 3 minutes. Drain; squeeze bread dry. Transfer bread to large bowl. With fork, break bread into smaller pieces.
  2. In small bowl, combine tomatoes, olives, onions, and vinaigrette; stir gently. Pour over bread pieces; mix well. Shred basil leaves into bread mixture. Add ham; mix gently.
