Ingredients:

  • 1/2 (17.3-ounce) package frozen puff pastry (1 sheet), thawed
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten with 1 teaspoon water
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Di Lusso® Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, basil and oregano)
  • 1 cup DI LUSSO® Roasted Sweet Red Pepper Strips
  • Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • Fresh herb sprigs

Procedure:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. On clean, lightly floured surface, unfold puff pastry sheet. Roll into 15x10-inch rectangle. With fluted pastry wheel, cut pasty on 15-inch edge into 10 (1 1/2-inch) strips. Cut each strip into thirds, making 30 pieces.
  3. Place pastry pieces about 1 inch apart on two baking sheets. Lightly brush with egg wash. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack.
  4. To make topping, in small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, herbs, horseradish and mustard; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. To serve, spread about 2 teaspoons topping onto each pastry piece leaving small border around edge. Arrange meats accordion-style over topping. Garnish with tomatoes, roasted pepper strips and fresh herb sprigs.
