Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup red wine vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 3 cups peeled, seeded and diced cucumbers
  • 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 6 ounces DI LUSSO® Genoa Salami, julienned

Procedure:

  1. In small bowl, stir together vinaigrette and oregano.
  2. In large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese and salami; toss with vinaigrette. Sprinkle with basil.
