Ingredients:

  • 4 CHI-CHI'S® (10-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese with herb and garlic, softened
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, washed, patted dry and stems removed
  • 1/2 cup DI LUSSO® Roasted Sweet Red Pepper Strips, drained
  • 8 ounces DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, sliced Italian roast beef

Procedure:

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla. Sprinkle with basil; arrange single layer of beef on each tortilla, leaving 1/2-inch border. Layer spinach leaves over beef. Arrange roasted peppers in single row across center of tortillas. Roll up tortillas tightly; wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Trim ends of tortillas to serve. Cut each tortilla roll crosswise into 8 slices. Or, roll tortillas burrito-style; wrap with plastic. Cut tortilla in half diagonally to serve.
