Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pasta noodles, such as fusilli or rotini
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 4 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 4 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 ounces Italian salad dressing
  • 1 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, turkey
  • Leaf lettuce
  • Salad greens

Notes:

  • Any variety of Di Lusso® seasoned turkey breast can be used.

Procedure:

  1. Cook pasta until al dente; drain. Cool.
  2. In large bowl, combine pasta, celery, onion, tomato, olives, broccoli, cabbage and bell peppers. Add turkey; toss to mix.
  3. In small bowl, stir together dressing and garlic; pour over turkey mixture. Toss to coat.
  4. Line each of 4 salad bowls with leaf lettuce; fill bowls evenly with salad greens. Top with turkey mixture, tossing slightly to mix.
