8 slices sunflower seed bread

24 slices seedless European cucumber

1/2 cup daikon radish sprouts, trimmed

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dillweed

1/4 yellow bell pepper, finely diced

1/3 cup DI LUSSO® Kalamata Olives, sliced

2 tablespoons tomato relish

2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil

1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt

3 tablespoons olive oil
Procedure:

To make yogurt sauce, in bowl, combine yogurt, onion and dillweed.

To make yellow pepper-kalamata salad, in bowl, combine bell pepper, olives, oil, relish and basil; mix well.

Spread one side each slice bread with yogurt sauce. Divide turkey, cheese, cucumber, yellow pepper-kalamata salad and sprouts evenly among 4 slices bread. Cover with remaining slices bread. Cut sandwiches in half to serve.
