Ingredients:
1 cup pecan pieces
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons wine vinegar or sherry vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup olive oil
5 cups baby salad greens
6 tablespoons dried cranberries
1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, turkey
Procedure:
Heat oven to 350ºF. Lightly oil baking sheet.
In small bowl, toss together pecans and maple syrup to coat; spread onto baking sheet.
Bake pecans, turning with spatula every 5 minutes, 15 to 18 minutes or until toasted. Transfer to lightly oiled plate to cool.
Meanwhile, to make vinaigrette, in bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, honey and mustard.
Divide salad greens evenly among 6 plates; top with turkey. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and pecans. Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving.
