Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar or sherry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 5 cups baby salad greens
  • 6 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, turkey

Procedure:

  1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Lightly oil baking sheet.
  2. In small bowl, toss together pecans and maple syrup to coat; spread onto baking sheet.
  3. Bake pecans, turning with spatula every 5 minutes, 15 to 18 minutes or until toasted. Transfer to lightly oiled plate to cool.
  4. Meanwhile, to make vinaigrette, in bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, honey and mustard.
  5. Divide salad greens evenly among 6 plates; top with turkey. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and pecans. Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving.
