Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Peloponnese® Kalamata Olive Spread
  • 1 (10- to 12-inch) whole focaccia bread, split in half horizontally
  • 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese
  • 1 (13-ounce) jar Peloponnese® Roasted Florina Sweet Pepper Strips
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced into rings
  • 1/4 package DI LUSSO® Genoa Salami
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Procedure:

  1. In bowl, combine olive spread and sun-dried tomato relish; mix well.
  2. Drizzle 1 tablespoon oil over each cut side of focaccia. Layer bottom half of focaccia with salami, cheese, roasted peppers, onion, bell pepper and olive spread mixture. Cover with top half of focaccia. Wrap in aluminum foil. Refrigerate until serving.
  3. Heat oven to 350°F. Place wrapped sandwich on baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Remove from foil. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges to serve.
