Ingredients:

  • 2 large oranges, peeled, segmented and diced
  • 2 large avocados, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced almonds, divided
  • 6 green onions, diced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • Citrus salad dressing

Procedure:

  1. In large bowl, toss together oranges and avocados. Stir in 1 cup almonds. Add onions, spinach and salad greens; toss well. Add turkey. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup almonds. Serve with dressing.
