Ingredients:

  • 1 pound frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 4 slices DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese
  • 1 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Sun-Dried Tomato Turkey Breast, sliced
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Procedure:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Divide dough evenly into 4 pieces. On floured surface, roll each dough piece into 6-inch round, about 1/4 inch thick. Spread each round with 1 tablespoon spinach; season with salt and pepper. Top each with 1 slice cheese and 4 ounces turkey.
  3. Starting at one end, roll each dough round jelly roll-style to size and shape of hot dog bun; pinch dough to seal bottom and ends. Cover with plastic wrap; let rise 20 minutes.
  4. Brush tops of dough with egg; cut 3 (1/2-inch) slits in top of each. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
