Ingredients:

  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 slices flatbread
  • 8 slices DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese, each slice cut in half
  • 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Double Smoked Ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup arugula

Procedure:

  1. Drizzle 1 teaspoon oil over each flatbread; top each with 4 half-slices cheese, 2 ounces ham and 1/4 cup arugula.
  2. Drizzle each flatbread with additional oil; cut each in half or into wedges to serve.
