Ingredients:

  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Sun-Dried Tomato Turkey Breast, thinly sliced
  • 12 to 16 red onion slices or pickled red onion
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
  • Olive oil

Procedure:

  1. Spread each slice bread with 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese.
  2. Top each of 4 slices bread with 2 ounces turkey and 3 or 4 slices onion. Cover with remaining slices bread, cheese-side-down.
  3. Heat panini grill. Lightly brush each sandwich with small amount oil; cook on grill until toasted. Add lettuce to sandwiches to serve.
