Ingredients:

1 (6-ounce) can marinated artichoke hearts, drained, marinade reserved and artichokes sliced

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil
-
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
-
1 tablespoon minced fresh oreagno
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 bag romaine lettuce
-
1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Black Forest Ham, sliced
-
1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese, cut into 2-inch strips
-
4 ounces Hormel® Pepperoni

1 red onion, sliced and separated into rings

1 zucchini, julienned

Sliced red bell pepper
Procedure:

To make vinaigrette, in jar with tight-fitting lid, combine artichoke marinade, vinegar, oil, parsley, oregano and garlic; seal jar. Shake vigorously.

On serving platter, attractively layer and arrange lettuce, artichokes, ham, cheese, pepperoni, bell pepper, onion and zucchini. Drizzle with vinaigrette to serve.
