Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf sourdough baguette
  • 1 large clove garlic, cut in half
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded fresh basil
  • 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, sun-dried tomato turkey breast, sliced
  • 8 ounces DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • Extra-virgin olive oil

Procedure:

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Slice baguette into 1/4-inch rounds; drizzle each round with oil. Place rounds on baking sheet. Broil 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Turn bread over; broil until browned.
  3. Rub toasts with garlic. Top each slice toast with 1 slice tomato; sprinkle evenly with basil.
  4. Roll together 1 piece cheese and 1 slice turkey; cut roll in half. Repeat with remaining cheese and turkey. Place 2 half-rolls on each slice topped toast.
  5. Drizzle each bruschetta with additional oil or balsamic vinaigrette, if desired. Secure with wooden pick if needed.
