Garden Frittata

Ingredients:
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced zucchini
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, prosciutto, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon sage
4 eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup milk
Procedure:
Heat broiler.
In skillet with oven-proof handle, sauté onion, mushrooms and zucchini in butter until tender.
Add prosciutto, parsley, rosemary, and sage. Sauté 1 minute; reduce heat to low.
In small bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Add egg mixture to skillet. Cook eggs 8 to 10 minutes or until egg is almost set. Do not stir.
Sprinkle cheese over egg.
Broil 4 inches from heat source 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
Cut into wedges to serve.
