Fettuccini in Prosciutto Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, prosciutto, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 (9-ounce) package spinach fettuccini, cooked
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Procedure:
In large skillet, sauté mushrooms in butter and olive oil until tender.
Add prosciutto, cream and nutmeg. Cook over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened.
In bowl, combine fettuccini, prosciutto mixture, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese; toss to combine.
Transfer fettuccini to large serving platter. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley.
