Ingredients:

  • 1 (8-ounce) package rotini, cooked and drained
  • 4 ounces DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, sliced pepperoni
  • 4 ounces DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup DI LUSSO® Pitted Kalamata Olives, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

Procedure:

  1. In large bowl, combine rotini, pepperoni, cheese, tomato, bell pepper and olives. Add dressing; toss to coat.
  2. Refrigerate salad at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
