Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces DI LUSSO® Genoa Salami
  • 2 ounces DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, hard salami
  • 2 ounces DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese
  • 2 ounces DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, double smoked ham
  • 1 hoagie roll, split
  • 3 red onion rings
  • 10 leaves fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, if desired
  • 3 slices tomato

Procedure:

  1. Spread cut sides of roll with mayonnaise. Layer cheeses, meats, tomato, onion and spinach on bottom half of roll. Cut sandwich in half lengthwise.
