2 ounces DI LUSSO® Genoa Salami
2 ounces DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, hard salami
2 ounces DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese
2 ounces DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, double smoked ham
1 hoagie roll, split
3 red onion rings
10 leaves fresh spinach
1/4 cup mayonnaise, if desired
3 slices tomato
Procedure:
Spread cut sides of roll with mayonnaise. Layer cheeses, meats, tomato, onion and spinach on bottom half of roll. Cut sandwich in half lengthwise.
