Ingredients:

  • 1 (13 3/4-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2/3 cup DI LUSSO® Genoa Salami, chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions, divided
  • Toasted French bread slices

Notes:

  • Makes 2 1/2 cups.

Procedure:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In bowl, combine artichoke hearts, salami, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, the Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and 3 tablespoons onions.
  3. Spoon artichoke mixture into 9-inch pie dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon onion.
  4. Bake dip 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve with French bread.
