Ingredients:
1 (13 3/4-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2/3 cup DI LUSSO® Genoa Salami, chopped
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup sliced green onions, divided
Toasted French bread slices
Notes:
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
Procedure:
Heat oven to 350°F.
In bowl, combine artichoke hearts, salami, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, the Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and 3 tablespoons onions.
Spoon artichoke mixture into 9-inch pie dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon onion.
Bake dip 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve with French bread.
