Ingredients:

  • 4 (6-inch) hoagie rolls, split
  • 1/3 cup DI LUSSO® Sweet Onion Sauce
  • 4 slices DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Medium Cheddar Cheese, cut in half
  • 16 slices DI LUSSO® Genoa Salami
  • 16 slices DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Pepperoni, divided
  • 4 slices DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese, cut in half
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 12 red onion rings

Procedure:

  1. Drizzle cut sides of hoagie rolls with sweet onion sauce.
  2. Layer bottom half of each roll with 2 half-slices Cheddar cheese, 4 slices salami, 4 slices pepperoni, 2 half-slices of Provolone cheese, 2 slices tomato, a few basil leaves and 3 red onion rings. Cover with top half of roll.
