Ingredients:

  • 1 (12-inch) loaf baguette
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Virginia ham, cut into 8 slices
  • 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese, cut into 8 slices
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 1 (8-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce

Procedure:

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Cut bread into 32 (1/2-inch-thick) slices. Brush slices with oil. Place bread on baking sheet. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  3. In bowl, combine sour cream and brown sugar; mix well. Spread 1/2 teaspoon sour cream mixture on each slice bread. Cut slices ham and cheese into 4 quarters each.
  4. Cut pear into quarters; remove core. Cut each pear quarter in half horizontally. Cut into thin slices. Wrap each slice pear with 1 slice each ham and cheese. Place 1 wrapped pear on each slice bread. Top each with 1/2 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
