Ingredients:

1 (12-inch) loaf baguette

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup sour cream
-
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Virginia ham, cut into 8 slices

1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese, cut into 8 slices

1 ripe pear
-
1 (8-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
Procedure:

Heat broiler.

Cut bread into 32 (1/2-inch-thick) slices. Brush slices with oil. Place bread on baking sheet. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly toasted.

In bowl, combine sour cream and brown sugar; mix well. Spread 1/2 teaspoon sour cream mixture on each slice bread. Cut slices ham and cheese into 4 quarters each.

Cut pear into quarters; remove core. Cut each pear quarter in half horizontally. Cut into thin slices. Wrap each slice pear with 1 slice each ham and cheese. Place 1 wrapped pear on each slice bread. Top each with 1/2 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
