1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/2 cup onion , thinly sliced
1/2 cup Fontina cheese , shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley , chopped
2 tablespoons fresh oregano or 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves , chopped
1/4 teaspoon red pepper , crushed
1/2 cup cornmeal
3 1/2 ounces DI LUSSO® Genoa Salami, chopped
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F.
Divide bread dough in half.
Pat or roll one-half of dough into greased 12-inch pizza pan generously sprinkled with cornmeal.
In bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Top dough with meat mixture, leaving a 1/2-inch border around edges.
Roll or pat remaining bread dough into 12-inch circle.
Place over meat mixture.
Pinch edges together to seal tightly.
Brush top with olive oil.
Cut a slit in center to allow steam to escape.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
